While the staff this site will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts and private messages are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic or private message at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
This forum system uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have entered above; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure. The e-mail address is used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).
By clicking Register below you agree to be bound by these conditions.
|
By clicking Register below you agree with the Rules. 1.) Do not give out personal
information by owl or post.
This includes no personal information (email address, website with address, real
name, age, etc) in your profile or links to your personal information.
This is for your protection.
2.) Keep everything G-rated
Younger members use this site too.
This includes but is not limited to Avatars, Signatures, Owls, and Posts.
If you see anyone violating this rule feel free to report the post, owl,
signature, or avatar using the ! in each post.
3.) Posting is a privilege avoid flooding, netspeak
(use full words and sentences) and spamming.
Spamming is posting short responses that neither further the discussion or are
senseless in some other way.
While posting earns you sickles they have little use on the site. The main
currency used on the site are knuts. For more on knuts and how to earn them,
read this . For more on Galleons and Sickles,
read this.
There is a forum for spam called SPAM use it or a posting game in a common room
if you can not refrain from engaging in pointless posts.
Spamming outside of the SPAM forum or a posting game may result in general
moderator frustration which may cause you severe fines, warnings, imprisonment
in Azkaban, banning, or deletion of your account so please don't spam we want to
have you as a part of the site.
Flooding is posting one post after another without another user posting in
response to your last post also known as double posting. If you need to add more
be sure to edit your last post.
By the way post counts mean little here at Xauror and when a thread is deleted
that you have posted in your post count will go down. The largest number of
posts anyone may need is 800 to get special titles for the gaming character you
create.
4.) You may only have one account.
If you are sharing a computer with someone else please inform an admin (Minister
of Magic) by owl and/or post in the Daily Prophet thread on multiple accounts so
we will not suspect you of having a multiple account.
5.) If you are under 13 you must have your parents'
permission to register.
Again this is for your protection. Your parents are the first line of defense to
make sure you have a great and safe internet experience.
6.) Any other rules the moderators, and site owner
would like to make and enforce for the safety and enjoyment of all the members
of the site.
7.) Have fun!
